What is the Storm Syndicate?
“It is the Mother’s duty to bear children. It is the Father’s duty to mold, teach, and protect those children. And should those children act out, discipline them.”
A single drop of corruption. That’s all it takes to slowly poison the ancient god Quirinus. As that corruption takes hold, he turns his attention back to the mortal world he left behind long before.
Now calling himself Corin Desaevio, he creates the Storm Syndicate, bringing together criminal organizations of every stripe. Crime families, assassins, outlaws, black marketeers… Anyone who lives in the shadows. But to what purpose? All these groups know is that when the Storm Syndicate’s Shadow Council calls, they must answer.
For those within each organization, there is a choice to make. Do they obey the call of the Shadow Council, or the call of their soul-bound mates? Is passion enough to draw them out of the darkness? It’s a tug-of-war between true love and the Storm Syndicate with these dark, scarred souls as the prize.
